MUAY THAI 

Muay Thai, known as the “Art of Eight Limbs,” is a striking martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows.

It’s one of the most effective stand-up fighting systems in the world and forms the foundation of our training.

Rather than teach this separately, we blend this within the class

Fundamentals

What to expect in fundamentals

Training is structured, supportive, and detail-oriented. Each session focuses on repetition, understanding, and quality movement rather than speed or intensity.

In fundamentals you can expect:

â—† Angles, movement, and ring control

â—† Timing and distance management

â—† Offensive and defensive transitions

â—† Light, controlled sparring (when appropriate)
